One organism, a whole company
CHHATRAKA began with mushroom cultivation and grew the way mycelium does — outward, connecting everything it touches: a spawn lab, farms, training, consulting, farm technology, extracts and food products.
Most mushroom businesses buy their inputs and sell their output. We chose the harder route: doing every step ourselves — culture, spawn, substrate, growing, harvest, processing — because owning the whole chain is the only way to truly control quality, and the only way to teach it honestly.
That is why our training is not a classroom product. The people who teach have production targets of their own. The methods we recommend to a new farmer are the methods our own crop depends on that same week.
What that looks like in practice
We start at the culture
Clean, vigorous spawn from our own lab — the single biggest factor in whether a crop succeeds.
We grow at commercial scale
Our own rooms, our own cycles — every method proven on our own crop before anyone else's.
We teach what we do
Hands-on training and consulting drawn from production, not theory — with support after the course ends.
We build the tools
Sensors, monitoring and analytics for controlled-environment growing — made for farms like ours.
See the work
From mycelium threads to fruiting rooms — the cycle our whole company is built around.
Work with us
Ten ways in — from a single bag of spawn to a farm built end to end.
