What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number and city or district. Some forms also record which service or product you were looking at, and any details you choose to add — for example the scale you are planning or the variety you are interested in.
If you download a guide we additionally collect your email address so we can send it to you.
We do not collect payment details on this website. There is no checkout here; the shop takes enquiries only.
Why we collect it
To call or message you back about the enquiry you made. That is the only purpose.
Your mobile number also lets us recognise a repeat enquiry so you are not treated as a new contact each time you get in touch.
Where it goes
Enquiries are written to the CHHATRAKA training portal at training.chhatraka.com, which is operated by us on our own server in India. A notification email is also sent to our own team inbox.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions and honour any commitment made. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small items in your browser only: your language choice and your light or dark theme preference. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@chhatraka.com and we will act on it.
